Refund Policy:

Twilight Teez, LLC goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are completed accurately, on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Twilight Teez accepts returns within 30 days of the shipping date. Twilight Teez will grant a refund (minus shipping and handling) provided that your shirt is unwashed and unworn (not counting trying it on for size). The shirt must be in a resalable condition and free from any dirt or damage. Twilight Teez will be the sole judge as to what constitutes an item that is not resalable. Items that are deemed not resalable may be subject to a 50% refund or no refund at all. Any return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Twilight Teez will refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

To start the refund process, simply email Twilight Teez via our Contact Us form and request a refund. We do ask that you give a reason, as well as your Order ID number. Please send the item back the cheapest way you are comfortable with, but it is highly advised that you return all jewelry items INSURED. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We are happy to present Bella’s Bracelet and strive for your satisfaction. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date, provided that it is in new, resalable condition and in its original packaging.  It is highly advised to return the bracelet INSURED, even if you received it as defective or damaged. Please contact us for instructions if you need a size smaller or larger than what we offer.

Keep in mind that computer monitors do not display exacting reproductions of the true colors of our shirts and designs. Colors will appear slightly different from monitor to monitor and from what you see on your computer to what you see on the product itself. Generally speaking, black means black, navy means navy etc.

Exchange Policy:

Twilight Teez does not offer direct exchanges for our products. The easiest way to get an exchange is to process a refund in accordance with the instructions as stated above in our Refund Policy and place a new order through our web site. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing a new order.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see our website for details). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

If the refund does not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.

How will my refund be issued?

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

How are refunds for gifts processed?

The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it was returned.

Items Returned by the Gift Recipient

If you received a gift directly from the gift giver and do not have the packing slip or order number (but you are certain it was purchased from TwilightTeez.com), you can still return the gift to us. Please e-mail us to verify that the item came from our store. On a slip of paper to be put inside the returned package, please include the item you wish to exchange and size (if appropriate), your e-mail address, your mailing address and a phone number (to contact only in the event that there is a problem). You can return multiple gift items. It is highly advised that you INSURE all jewelry even if it is damaged or defective. If there is a higher pricing difference (ie you are exchanging an XL for a 2XL that is $2 more) we will issue you store credit in the form of an e-mail gift voucher, in the amount of the items returned plus $5.50 for shipping. If the item being exchanged is less than the price paid for the original gift, we will issue a gift voucher for that difference.

Items Returned by the Gift Giver

The refund is issued to the customer who placed the original order.

Undeliverable Gifts

The purchaser is refunded in cases when a package is returned to TwilightTeez.com as undeliverable.

Winter Holiday Returns Policy

Our standard policy is to accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.

Items shipped between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st for a refund, minus shipping.
